Shipping and Return Policy
At Meraki Found Boutique, our biggest goal is to well serve our fabulous customers. We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out!
Returns:
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds. Store Credits never expire. Be careful and always save your email containing your store credit number. We will not replace store credit if it's misplaced or lost.
All returns must be received within 14 days of the date that we ship out your order. Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.
To return an item by mail, please circle the items you are returning on your Packing Slip, and include the Packing Slip and original receipt inside the package. Mail your package back to:

Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must be unworn (it's ok to try on), unwashed and in original new condition, with tags attached this includes make-up stains from trying on so BE CAREFUL. Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, odors, perfume scent, deodorant or makeup, jewelry or ring snags, etc., we will not accept the return and you would be responsible for shipping cost to return items. Meraki Found Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements.
We do not accept returns of jewelry or leggings.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
If you believe your item is received damaged or defective, please email us immediately at Meraki@Merakifound.com with your concerns. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
Exchanges:
We have a limited number of each fabulous style featured on the site and, because of this, we can’t guarantee an exchange. Luckily, The Meraki Found girls feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and they’ll issue you a store credit sent via email as soon as possible!
Love the item, just need to exchange for a different size? Please email us at Meraki@Merakifound.com with the different size needed and we will work with you to exchange. We do have a very limited amount of each style, and inventory moves very quickly, so if this option is chosen please email us as soon as possible to avoid risk of the item selling out.
Shipping Charges:
All shipping charges are determined by the weight of the package and the distance our store is from your shipping address. We use the USPS shipping rates and zones to determine the cost to you. Choosing to use the US Postal Service means that you will get your package delivered even to a PO Box address with delivery 6 days a week including Saturdays (excluding holidays).
You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. You may send your package back to us using the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please record tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost items. If you had FREE SHIPPING on the order and this return causes you to go below the free shipping minimum, any refund/online credit you receive will be less the estimated shipping charges for ground shipping.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Meraki Found cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.
Orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery, for your protection as well as ours.
Meraki Found will ship to any address in the United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We cannot be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included. This applies to both domestic and international shipping.
